We are seeking an exceptional ClinDoc EPIC Applications Analyst Team Lead to join our Epic Inpatient Applications department at United Health Services. As a remote team lead, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care through innovative healthcare technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of application analysts in supporting one or more applications or systems, serving as a subject matter expert on workflows, content, and functionality
- Oversee the application team with the support of the application leader, ensuring seamless project implementation and post-implementation support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize applications, driving innovation and excellence in healthcare technology
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth

Requirements:
- High School Diploma and 4 years of healthcare operations, information technology, or health information technology experience
- Demonstrated competency in Application Analyst III role, with experience in project implementation and support
- Current Epic certification, with preferred experience in Epic systems
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (information technology or clinical/healthcare fields) preferred
