You will also provide administrative support for all aspects of corporate travel, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer satisfaction. This role requires outstanding organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Correspond with potential clients to calculate travel needs, preferences, and required finances, providing personalized solutions and recommendations. Tailor marketing materials to appeal to clients via social media platforms, bulletin boards, and flyers, leveraging your creativity and knowledge of social media marketing. Advise travel destinations based on weather, culture, excursions/activities, and visa requirements, ensuring that our clients are well-informed and prepared for their trips. Book travel appointments, collect fees and associated dues, and obtain required documentation from clients, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Retain professional relations with all travel suppliers, clients, and trip operators, fostering strong partnerships and negotiating competitive rates and services. Essential Qualifications Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage, enabling you to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. Strong experience and understanding of all social media platforms, as well as Zoom and Google Suite, allowing you to leverage technology to enhance client engagement and productivity. Focused on accuracy and possessing exceptional organizational abilities, ensuring that travel arrangements are executed flawlessly and client expectations are exceeded. Possess a strong capacity for solving problems and ability to interact effectively with colleagues, providing support and collaborating to achieve shared goals. Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry, providing a foundation for delivering exceptional client experiences. High school diploma or GED, demonstrating a commitment to education and personal development. Experience working as a travel agent, providing a deep understanding of the travel industry and the ability to navigate complex travel arrangements.
