Key Responsibilities Own a book of business of small to medium-sized customers and drive customer relationships through a team-based approach throughout the entire customer lifecycle. Comprehend and deliver customers' marketing goals as they relate to blithequark services, ensuring alignment with our services and success criteria. Act as a liaison to blithequark's Account Management Team on behalf of your customers, providing exceptional support and guidance. Lead all retention efforts, including renewals, risk mapping, cancellation requests, and other initiatives for each client. Assist customers with escalated issues and questions pertaining to their service agreement, blithequark tools, and other topics related to their relationship with blithequark. Understand and execute on our Customer Success engagement model, including account management, success planning, retention, and cross-sell/up-sell initiatives. Expand revenue in existing accounts by identifying and developing upsell opportunities and increasing the average customer lifetime value. Monitor and improve individual performance to ensure team members provide an optimal customer experience and achieve internal goals. Collaborate with our Product team to improve the user experience and drive customer satisfaction. Help drive customer reviews and case studies, showcasing the value of blithequark's services. Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the growth and success of blithequark. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will have: A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success role, preferably in a SaaS organization. Digital Marketing knowledge, including paid Ads, landing page optimization, email marketing, and social media. Experience using Shopify is preferred, but not required. A degree or diploma that contributes to the organization or role is considered an asset. Self-motivation and the ability to establish and maintain solid relationships through a client-first mentality. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a diverse team. Technical, analytical, and results-driven approach, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Organized, administratively strong, and solid writing, phone, and general communication skills. Fluency in English (spoken and written), with knowledge of a second language considered an asset. Willingness to participate in ongoing education and training for the role. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following skills and experience are preferred: Knowledge of basic CSS, HTML, and JS. Experience with Google Tag Manager. Familiarity with other marketing automation platforms. Knowledge of CRM platforms. Experience with landing page platforms. Experience with email marketing platforms.
