Key Responsibilities Handle and respond to 75+ inbound inquiries daily across phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer queries. Maintain a professional phone presence, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all interactions are handled with courtesy, empathy, and professionalism. Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple tasks throughout the day, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to coordinate activities and resources as needed, ensuring a cohesive and customer-centric approach. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training seminars, staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and company initiatives. Support cross-functional teams, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with professionalism and courtesy. Requirements Proven experience in customer service or as a virtual assistant, handling inbound inquiries and providing exceptional customer support. Previous experience in real estate, supplementation, or fitness industries is a plus, although not required. Strong phone skills and ability to handle about 75 inbound inquiries daily via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer queries. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate in English over the phone and email, demonstrating strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Self-motivated with proven ability to learn quickly and contribute effectively, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
