About the Role blithequark is seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of large enterprise accounts, driving customer satisfaction, application engagement, customer retention, and growth. As the primary contact for our customers, you will understand their success criteria, share best practices, provide solution guidance, and help them realize the full value of blithequark's offerings. With a proven track record in Software as a Service (SaaS) account management and maintaining high customer renewal rates, you will be the driving force behind our customers' success. Key Responsibilities Perform initial onboarding of accounts with enterprise-level customers, ensuring adoption and ongoing engagement throughout the customer's lifecycle Develop and execute a comprehensive engagement and communications strategy that maintains high customer satisfaction Act as the blithequark expert, providing guidance to enable customers to create impact and increase collaboration across their organization and with external parties Conduct periodic customer success reviews to confirm satisfaction, resolve issues with the help of the Technical Support team, and expand blithequark use throughout the account Implement and share best practices to ensure customers are realizing the greatest possible value from blithequark Use usage patterns to gain insights, provide guidance, and increase customer adoption and satisfaction Serve as the primary interface to manage and resolve critical situations Collaborate with the Sales, Training, and Professional Services teams to identify new opportunities to expand customer use of blithequark Provide expert customer insight to Product Management, Marketing, and Sales on innovation and continuous improvement opportunities Exceed all performance targets, including maintaining high retention and growth rates Accomplish other tasks as assigned Essential Qualifications 8+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience (or equivalent) in a SaaS environment Strong commercial acumen to communicate technical subjects to non-technical personnel in large enterprises Ability to operate with high autonomy and limited oversight, with a complete understanding of carrying out the needs of the business while successfully maintaining high customer satisfaction rates Credibility and trust with customers and internal stakeholders by understanding their requirements A track record of SaaS account management and high customer renewal rates Experience maintaining valuable and outcome-based relationships with a diverse customer account base Passion for working with leading-edge, web-based technologies and a desire to understand blithequark's benefits, use cases, and technical elements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience Willingness to travel based on customer and business need Preferred Qualifications Experience working with enterprise-level customers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong understanding of customer success metrics and how to measure and improve them Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of skills and competencies, including: Strong customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Ability to operate with high autonomy and limited oversight, with a complete understanding of carrying out the needs of the business while successfully maintaining high customer satisfaction rates Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
