You'll need to be a resident of Kentucky, reside within 90 miles of Louisville, Kentucky, and perform all work within the state of Kentucky. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibility will be to engage directly with our pharmacy customers, responding to a variety of topics via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues and exceeding customer expectations whenever possible.
