Key Responsibilities Enter customer and account data from source documents into our computer systems within specified time limits, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Compile, verify, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry, identifying and correcting any errors or discrepancies. Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output to ensure data quality and integrity. Maintain the confidentiality of all information, adhering to blithequark's data protection policies and procedures. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, demonstrating a flexible and collaborative approach to work. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: Experience with MS Office and data programs, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity with administrative duties, such as email handling and calendar management, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. Experience using office equipment, including scanners and other technology, with the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues. Typing speed and accuracy, with a minimum of 40 words per minute and 95% accuracy. Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
