About the Role As a Senior Strategy Consultant, you will be part of a global team focused on customer value creation with finance & risk solutions in strategic customer opportunities. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will help shape client value propositions, lead strategic initiatives, and support delivery across complex transformation programs. Key Responsibilities Lead strategic workstreams in finance transformation programs for banking clients, leveraging your expertise in finance and risk to drive business outcomes Translate complex business challenges into innovative solutions and actionable roadmaps, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results Collaborate with product, delivery, and architecture teams to develop and implement strategic solutions, ensuring seamless integration and maximum impact Support client engagements from early shaping to execution, including C-level interactions, and provide thought leadership on bank steering, KPIs, financial performance, and risk management Contribute to internal capability building and team development, sharing your expertise and experience to help grow and develop our team Help define and evolve our finance & risk transformation offering, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that meet their goals and objectives Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: 2–3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, ideally with a strong analytical foundation and a proven track record of delivering results Proven experience in banking, with a solid understanding of industry dynamics and banking business models, as well as a strong tech affinity and comfort working with digital tools, data models, and transformation platforms Experience across both strategic change initiatives and operational finance & risk environments (e.g., controlling, data & analytics, reporting, planning), with a strong understanding of risk management principles and practices Familiarity with transformation programs, including process/operating model design and system implementation, as well as experience with finance software, especially from SAP and other leading providers Fluent in English, with German being a plus, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels What We Offer At blithequark, we offer a unique and dynamic work environment that is fast-paced, pragmatic, and innovative.
