Job Summary As a Phone and Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for verifying the credentials of nurses who have selected a healthcare facility to work with. You will navigate online systems to confirm the validity of their credentials and follow up with them via written message to ensure a seamless onboarding process. Additionally, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, managing multiple chat channels and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
