You'll have the opportunity to work with a cutting-edge platform, develop your customer service and technical skills, and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and innovative environment. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * **Customer Communication**: Engage with customers via telephone, online chat, and email to provide support and resolve their queries. * **Platform Assistance**: Assist customers with using our platform, offering best practices for scheduling and administration. * **Issue Analysis**: Analyze and troubleshoot issues before escalating to our second line of technical support. * **Team Collaboration**: Serve as a link between customers and our product/engineering team to ensure seamless communication and resolution. * **Finding Solutions**: Proactively identify and implement the best solutions for our customers and team. **What You'll Bring with You** To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualities: * **Multilingual Skills**: Fluency in English and Norwegian (additional languages are a plus). * **Comfortable** working with technology and direct customer contact. * **Flexible Availability**: Able to work at least 16 hours a week, including day, evening, and weekend shifts.
