Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Project Lead to join our team, responsible for onboarding insurance agencies onto our payment platform, blithequark Pay. As a Lead Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for the initiation, planning, and execution of blithequark Pay implementation among our medium to large agency clients. Key Responsibilities Onboard enterprise insurance agencies to the payments platform from kickoff to launch, ensuring a seamless and successful implementation process. Drive change management within the client organization and among their customers, providing training and support to ensure a smooth transition to the new payment solution. Coordinate with multiple departments, including internal experts, to set up and train customers on the platform, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the implementation process. Troubleshoot client issues that may arise as they implement the new payment solution, providing timely and effective resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Track and report on the progress of multiple in-flight projects, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to budget. Develop expertise in our payments solution and stay up to date on changes to the platform, ensuring that you are always equipped to provide the best possible support and guidance to our clients. Inform product managers of features needed to drive additional usage within the client base, providing valuable insights and feedback that will help shape the future development of our payments platform. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 5+ years of project management experience in a SaaS implementation or customer success environment, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and to budget. A strong understanding of the payments and insurance industries, with a deep knowledge of the challenges and opportunities facing our clients and the ability to develop effective solutions that meet their needs. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders and provide exceptional support and guidance throughout the implementation process. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-collaborative team, with a strong ability to navigate ambiguity and add structure to complex problems. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in the areas of Business, Finance, or related disciplines, with a strong foundation in project management principles and practices. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working with insurance agencies or other financial institutions, with a deep understanding of their needs and challenges. Knowledge of payment processing systems and technologies, with a strong understanding of the latest trends and developments in the industry.
