Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field, such as computer science, information technology, or engineering. 10 years of experience in the enterprise software or cloud space, with a proven track record of success in database technologies and data management. Experience with one or more database technologies, such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and graph databases, with a deep understanding of their strengths, weaknesses, and applications. Experience with relational and NoSQL database technologies, including positioning the right database for a customer's application use case, and a strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and performance optimization.
