About the Position The Data Entry Specialist will play a vital role in supporting blithequark's REMS call center operations. As a remote worker, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate entry of sensitive program and patient data related to REMS requirements. Your work will directly impact compliance with FDA regulations and ensure patient safety in accessing specialty pharmaceutical products. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter data from healthcare provider (HCP), patient, and/or pharmacy interactions into the REMS database systems Review and verify documentation to ensure it aligns with REMS program requirements Escalate discrepancies or incomplete information in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) Manage multiple channels, requests, or tasks, prioritizing, organizing, and executing them efficiently and effectively Demonstrate proficient use of technology to enable accurate, timely, and compliant documentation as it relates to activities Ensure all activities are conducted and properly executed in a manner that is strictly compliant with all MLS, client, and industry mandated rules and regulations Handle and manage sensitive information and patients’ Personal Health Information (PHI) responsibly and within MLS and client compliance parameters Work and communicate cohesively within a team to identify collaborative opportunities and enable process improvement Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred 1–3 years of data entry or administrative experience; prior experience in a healthcare, pharmaceutical, or REMS environment strongly preferred Familiarity with medical terminology, patient support programs, or REMS a plus Demonstrated experienced competency and ability to independently navigate technology using multiple platforms, computer screens, and other technical components Ability to quickly learn and accurately retain knowledge in numerous data entry systems Optimistic, upbeat, and enthusiastic in times of challenge and constant change Highly adaptable, flexible, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks Ability to proactively identify potential issues, risks, and implementation concerns Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, including follow-up tasks Proficiency with the Internet, including the ability to perform searches with the use of multiple screens and browser tabs Proficient with keyboarding skills with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Prior experience working in a remote or virtual environment Experience with data entry software and systems Knowledge of FDA regulations and compliance requirements Certification in data entry or a related field Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
