As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our students receive the highest level of support and service. **Job Summary** We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative - Evening Shift. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with students, resolving test and registration issues, and providing information and guidance on check-in/check-out processes.
