Key Responsibilities Answer 800-number calls from USA customers, providing support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Provide live chat support via Facebook Messenger, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a friendly and helpful tone Utilize our sales channels, including Shopify and Amazon, to access customer information and resolve issues efficiently Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences, sharing feedback and insights to improve our support processes Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date with our latest apparel collections, promotions, and brand initiatives Essential Qualifications Native English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the apparel or e-commerce industry Ability to work 8 hours a day during US daytime hours (non-negotiable) Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner Proficient in using technology, including phone systems, live chat software, and e-commerce platforms Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Shopify and Amazon sales channels Familiarity with Facebook Messenger and live chat support software Knowledge of apparel products and fashion trends Previous experience working in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to provide insights and feedback to improve our support processes Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
