About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Evening Customer Service Advisor to join our out-of-hours team. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing a first-class customer experience and resolving queries, orders, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. This is a fully remote role, with initial training taking place at our Support Centre in Macclesfield, Cheshire. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to our National Account, Regional Account, Local Account, and Domestic customers, ensuring timely resolution of queries, orders, and complaints Act as the first line response to inbound and outbound contacts, troubleshooting problems and providing detailed information to clients as needed Update and maintain comprehensive and accurate information in our systems, ensuring data is fit for purpose and up-to-date Collaborate with other Advisors in the team to ensure seamless communication and accurate capture of client information Learn and adhere to multiple service level agreements for all clients, ensuring compliance and high standards of service delivery Escalate any issues that cannot be resolved to a more senior manager, ensuring customer satisfaction and prompt resolution Essential Qualifications and Skills Exceptional customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding client experiences Experience working in a phone-based customer service or call centre role, with strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow processes and procedures, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills Resilience and adaptability, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to think on your feet Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results, with a focus on continuous improvement and learning Preferred Qualifications and Skills Previous experience working in a similar industry or role, with knowledge of service level agreements and client management Strong technical skills, with proficiency in using CRM systems and other software applications Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to working hours and responsibilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding solutions and resolving complex issues Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
