About the Role As a Remote Medical Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from patients, updating account and medication information, and ensuring accuracy in data entry. You will also work with insurance carriers to confirm medication coverage and deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and empathy. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls (with occasional outbound calls depending on department needs) Assist patients by updating account and medication information Ensure accuracy in data entry and maintain compliance with federal healthcare guidelines Work with insurance carriers to confirm medication coverage Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and empathy Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 1 year of recent call center experience, a strong attention to detail and accuracy, and a private, distraction-free workspace at home. You will also need to have a reliable high-speed wired internet connection and basic technical troubleshooting skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and you must be able to pick up company-issued equipment in person prior to starting.
