Why We Need You blithequark is looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to focus on our enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will have experience as an Account Manager working with large clients and a passion for building relationships that make customers your biggest promoters. As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will play a critical role in driving growth and satisfaction among our enterprise clients, leveraging your technical expertise and strategic relationship-building skills to ensure our customers achieve their goals and become long-term partners. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: Supporting customers throughout their journey with blithequark to ensure they achieve their goals, providing hands-on training and guidance with best practices, and facilitating customer retention and the execution of renewals. Onboarding new customers to the blithequark platform, including hands-on training and guidance with best practices, and engaging with customer executives and key stakeholders to identify, track, and measure blithequark’s impact. Leading Quarterly Business Reviews with commercial clients, identifying expansion opportunities, and partnering closely with the sales team to execute. Collaborating with the product team, conducting ongoing product feedback sessions, and partnering to translate customer suggestions into product requirements. Monitoring customer health, including metrics and usage trends, to proactively engage with customers and address any issues or concerns. About You To be successful as a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will need: 2-3 years of experience as an Account Manager at a B2B SaaS company, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with large clients and driving growth and satisfaction. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Comfort with technology, including experience with CSS, HTML, and other programming languages (bonus if you have experience with AI-powered testing platforms). Motivation and strategic thinking, with a bias for using data to identify trends and opportunities, and a passion for working at a growing startup and learning new technologies. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify insights and opportunities for growth. Skills and Competencies In addition to the above requirements, the following skills and competencies are highly desirable: Experience with customer success platforms and tools, including CRM systems and customer health metrics. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box to resolve complex customer issues. A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, including testing and quality assurance.
