Introduction to the Role As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will be the linchpin in our partnership with Arizona school districts, driving their success and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. You'll serve as the primary point of contact between school staff and our resources, providing guidance on strategic and operational matters and ensuring seamless collaboration between our teams. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a founding team in Arizona, contributing to the development of a new mental health care delivery model that prioritizes rural counties and underserved communities. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with Arizona school district leadership, staff, and the families they serve, delivering an exceptional experience and driving customer health. Collaborate closely with the Arizona Department of Education to align blithequark's services with statewide goals and initiatives, promoting our mission and values. Launch and maintain school district partnerships, fostering trust in blithequark and gathering insights through regular communication and problem-solving with school and district leadership. Provide blithequark leadership with strategic insights on districts, including strengths, opportunities, and risk areas, to inform our growth and development. Share feedback on our care model, technology, and operations with the school success leadership, serving as a thought partner on how to improve our program and better serve our partners. Partner with clinical leads to deliver clinical guidance and coaching to school staff, addressing questions and concerns as they arise and supporting the development of a Multi-Tiered System of Support. Build, promote, and support strong collaboration and a positive culture with blithequark's clinical team, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach to customer success. Engage in flexible travel to districts that require targeted support or attention, as necessary, to ensure the success of our partnerships. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: 5+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager implementing and supporting education, education technology, or school-based mental health programs. 2+ years of experience working in or around Arizona school systems, such as in a school-based clinician, administrator, special education teacher, or adjacent role. A deep commitment to serving communities traditionally overlooked in the healthcare setting, including uninsured and underinsured families, youth in foster care, English learners, and other marginalized groups. A passion for our mission to tackle the youth mental health crisis and a desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students and families. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience collaborating with the Arizona Department of Education or other state-level organizations. Experience working with American Indian/Native/Indigenous populations, immigrant populations, rural communities, and/or military families. Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need: Project Management: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively. Technical Savvy: Fluency in Google Suite (e.g., Sheets, Slides) and a proven ability to quickly learn new tools and technology (e.g., Salesforce, Zoom, blithequark portal). Relationship Builder: Experience building relationships across diverse stakeholders and influencing without authority. Strong Communicator: Superb written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively. Entrepreneurial: A desire to work with a small, entrepreneurial team to build a new program and drive innovation. Organized Thinker: The ability to structure problems into logical components and develop creative solutions. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, including: A salary range of $90,000 to $105,000, depending on experience.
