About the Position As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for client and merchant inquiries and requests. Your role will involve providing exceptional and empathetic service, understanding client requests, and offering efficient solutions and clear responses. You will also collaborate with other teams to find the best solutions and ensure an outstanding customer experience. What We Are Looking For 8+ months of experience in customer service, handling various written and phone communication channels. Experience in a fast-paced environment with constant change. Impeccable orthography, grammar, and writing skills, with the ability to write formally and informally, adapting to the company's tone. You are a highly motivated individual who works well in a team environment. You possess high emotional intelligence and are capable of building strong relationships. You are highly organized, able to adapt to resolving multiple issues simultaneously, and provide concise communication. Typical Responsibilities Provide immediate support for written requests via chat, email, web widget, or phone calls, including: General inquiries about blithequark Creating a request Cancellations, and more Provide immediate support for internal team requests through the company's communication channels. Demonstrate excellent effective communication and empathy skills.
