Our Mission The Customer Enablement Manager will play a crucial role in creating a customer education program from scratch, designed to cover enablement at scale across all use cases. The primary goal is to empower self-serve and new enterprise customers to become proficient in using blithequark's platform, driving high levels of adoption and satisfaction. This will involve developing and executing a best-in-class customer training program, designing digital onboarding and enablement programs, and partnering closely with the Customer Success team to refine and execute client deployment strategies. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive customer training program for enterprise-level clients, focusing on blithequark's platform capabilities and best practices Design and implement digital onboarding and enablement programs tailored for new users, streamlining the setup process and emphasizing high-impact use cases and workflows Partner with the Customer Success team to refine and execute client deployment strategies based on customer desired business outcomes Manage blithequark Academy and certification programs for all blithequark use cases, ensuring that customers have access to the knowledge and skills they need to succeed Drive the creation of educational onboarding content to improve customer adoption and retention rates, reducing time-to-value and increasing overall customer satisfaction Maintain a current, in-depth knowledge of blithequark's functions and technology to effectively transfer this knowledge to a wide range of users Track the effectiveness of training programs and adjust content and delivery methods based on feedback and training outcomes Gather feedback from customers on their training needs, desired features, and blithequark usability, sharing insights with internal teams to promote continuous improvement Cultivate and maintain a clear understanding of customer learning needs, ensuring that programs evolve alongside blithequark's product and positioning over time Lead, update, and maintain user communities to drive customer engagement and gain valuable insights from customers Make data-driven decisions, leveraging data to determine learning gaps and iterate and improve training programs and content Pitch new programs and content ideas, understanding customer needs and challenges and contributing to the development of high-quality content Requirements 5+ years of experience in customer training within a SaaS environment, with a proven track record of success Experience directly overseeing a team, with strong leadership and management skills Ability to simplify complex software concepts for various audiences, with excellent communication and presentation skills Experience in instructional design and content development, with a focus on creating engaging and effective training programs Strong customer-centric approach, with a deep understanding of customer needs and challenges Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and challenges, and a willingness to take calculated risks Readiness to work in a highly intense startup environment, requiring extreme focus, a strong sense of ownership, and persistence to break through challenges Openness to constructive feedback and the opinions and ideas of others, with a willingness to learn and grow What We Offer By joining blithequark, you'll become an integral part of a dynamic and innovative team that's revolutionizing the multilingual content industry.
