About the Role As a Customer Success and Service Agent at blithequark, you will be an integral part of our Customer Success team, working closely with 3-5 colleagues to support our impact investors. Your primary responsibility will be to answer all impact investing-related questions, get people excited about making a change by responsibly investing with blithequark, and provide exceptional customer service. You will work on a broad range of topics, including customer onboarding, product feedback, and process improvement. Your Key Responsibilities Make our customers the hero: Understand their deepest desires, what personal problems they solve by using blithequark, and how we can support them in their mission to become successful impact investors. Helping customers with your expertise: You will be the expert on blithequark and help customers with their requests, answering phone calls, responding to chats, and replying to emails. Conceptional shaping of the blithequark product: You will track valuable customer feedback to shape the blithequark product to be as customer-centric as possible, conceptualizing new features and solutions to ensure a flawless user experience. Facilitate the onboarding phase of our customers by supporting them with valuable advice on registering, identifying, and getting ready to use the investment platform. Contribute to improving the process for customer touchpoints and take responsibility for small projects, such as constantly updating the FAQ section of our website to offer the latest and greatest information to our customers. Your Profile To be successful in this role, you should be: Fully proficient in German and English (C1 level in both), with Swiss German and/or French being a strong plus. Excited to spread the word about blithequark's mission to mainstream impact investing. A great problem solver with a lot of empathy for people and their situations. An open, communicative personality with experiences in phone duty or email support being an advantage. A person who likes to use tools to track customer feedback and has an affinity for technology. Lots of fun to work with and a team player. Proficient in standard office IT tools and CRM systems (e.g., MS Office, preferably G-Suite, Jira, or Zendesk). Financial knowledge is not a must, but it is a plus if you are interested in how to change the world with the proper financial allocation. Essential Qualifications In addition to the above, you should have: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations. Passion for sustainability and impact investing. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience in customer success or a related field. Knowledge of the financial industry and impact investing. Experience with CRM systems and customer feedback tools. Fluency in additional languages.
