About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Sao Paulo, Brazil. As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will play a crucial role in enabling small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and professional businesses in the region to pay and get paid globally using our fast, flexible, secure, and low-cost solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include working with our larger customers to co-build their growth strategy, increasing market penetration by adapting our product and services portfolio, and implementing innovative initiatives for long-tail growth within leading online verticals in the world. Key Responsibilities Build long-term relationships with blithequark partners in the Latin America region, managing a portfolio of 80-100 accounts Engage in onboarding, retention, and cross-selling to increase the payee population of partners under your portfolio Develop a growth plan in sync with other customer success managers from global partners with local presence in Latin America to build a local agenda and improve blithequark brand awareness and market share in the region Identify business opportunities, build go-to-market plans, develop solutions that match customers' needs, and successfully implement the roadmap Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to enhance our product portfolio for the region Analyze business performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop data-driven solutions to drive profitable growth Develop business success stories and case studies to demonstrate the value of blithequark's solutions Drive events, below-the-line activities, and represent blithequark in industry forums to drive awareness and establish thought leadership Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have: At least 2 years of account management, business development, or other relevant experience in the fintech/payments industry A bachelor's degree, preferably in business or industrial engineering Fluency in English and Portuguese Expertise in developing business cases, financial analyses, and modeling, analyzing and forecasting economic and financial impacts Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present business cases to key stakeholders Data-oriented, with a high level of attention to detail and strong analytical and business reasoning skills A record of accomplishment in meeting and exceeding business targets Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs, and drive results High level of organization, focus, and ability to work under pressure What We Offer At blithequark, we offer a dynamic and challenging work environment that is perfect for talented and motivated professionals.
