We're responsible for digitizing food service distributors with our AI technology, enabling them to run a more profitable and less wasteful business. As a Customer Success Associate, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our Customer Success Managers (CSMs) in executing successful implementations for our vendor partners. **The Role & Responsibilities** As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for: * Supporting CSMs in executing successful implementations for our vendor partners, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction * Collaborating with CSMs on partnership execution, taking initiative and ownership where appropriate to further improve our vendors' experience * Supporting CSMs across the whole partnership lifecycle, from pre-implementation data handling to post-implementation day-to-day troubleshooting and requests * Assisting in preparing training materials to guide partners through a seamless onboarding process * Training our Choco AI model by processing orders before a partnership launch to ensure high accuracy levels and set up our partnerships for success **Who We're Looking For** We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with: * 1+ years of experience in customer support, account management, or a similar role * Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical information clearly to both internal and external stakeholders * Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality service delivery * Data entry pro ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every task * Ability to troubleshoot and resolve client issues proactively * A huge team player with a team-first mentality * Fluent English communicator (written & spoken) **Why Join blithequark?** * Be part of a dynamic and growing team of over 200 professionals across Europe and the US * Contribute to a mission that's revolutionizing the global food system * Enjoy a collaborative and inclusive work environment with a team-first mentality * Develop your skills and expertise in customer success, partnership growth, and optimization * Participate in a comprehensive training program to ensure your success * Enjoy a competitive compensation package, including benefits and perks **Work Environment and Company Culture** Our office is located in London, and this is an in-office position (5 days).
