You'll work closely with internal and external partners to achieve overall team and National goals, providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and adapting to new systems and processes. **Responsibilities** • **Customer Service**: Ensure timely, high-quality responses to internal and external stakeholders (staff, volunteers, parents, etc.), while fostering strong relationships across various teams through internal inbox system and telephone calls. • **Data Management**: Accurately manage and input customer data into CRM and Database systems such as Dynamics and Luminate, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained. • **Business Literacy & Systems Proficiency**: Display a strong understanding of School Engagement business processes, utilizing Association systems and others to support campaign success. • **Responsible for accurate, timely processing of donations** in accordance with established requirements and standards. • **Project Support**: Collaborates within mini teams to complete tasks efficiently and meet deadlines with accurate, timely information.
