IT Support Specialist
Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities: • Provide technical support to users in person, over the phone, or via remote access • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software • Set up and maintain computer systems and networks • Monitor system performance and ensure security protocols are followed • Assist in the implementation and management of IT projects • Create and update documentation for IT processes and procedures Essential Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field • Proven experience in IT support or a related role • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Desired Experience: • Previous experience working in a help desk or technical support role • Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V • Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA, or Microsoft are a plus • Familiarity with network security and firewalls Salary & Benefits: • Salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year • Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching • Paid time off and holidays • Educational assistance for relevant certifications and training • Opportunities for career growth and professional development
