Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary focus will be on managing the Change of Agent process with precision and care. This includes: Efficiently handling the Change of Agent process from the initial client inquiry through to compliance audit, order processing, and delivering necessary documents to clients, with follow-ups as required. Preparing and filing change and resignation of agent documents with various Secretaries of State, utilizing both online platforms and PDF submissions as mandated by each jurisdiction. Maintaining open and effective communication with teammates to address any bottlenecks or issues within the Change of Agent process. Tracking and managing the status of ongoing projects and submitted filings to ensure timely completion. Conducting entity compliance audits by leveraging Secretary of State websites and other relevant agency resources, such as the Department of Insurance. Updating and maintaining filing fee and requirement reference charts, as well as the forms library and state web links, to ensure accuracy and compliance. Assisting in the training and development of new and existing employees, and providing support to other areas within the Client Services and Registered Agent Departments as needed. Developing and maintaining comprehensive knowledge about the department, our services, company policies, industry trends, and related departments such as sales, marketing, and accounting. Performing additional duties as assigned to contribute to the team's and company's overall success. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To excel in this role, you should possess: A Bachelor's degree and/or 2 years of equivalent experience in customer service or the legal industry, demonstrating your ability to understand and navigate complex client needs and regulatory requirements. Intermediate level skills with MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, which are essential for document preparation, data analysis, and communication. Preferred qualifications include experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, knowledge of corporate procedures, and any certifications in customer service or a related field.
