As a Customer Service Support Representative, you will be part of a dynamic team that values learning, engagement, and continuous improvement. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Support Representative, you will be responsible for: * Answering 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and/or private insurance carriers * Initiating payment plans for patients with outstanding balances * Utilizing multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone * Maintaining performance goals and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction * Becoming proficient with processes after completing a structured training program **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** To succeed in this role, you will need: * Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment * Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications * Alpha-Numeric data entry skills * Ability to perform successfully in a team environment **Qualifications** To be considered for this role, you will need: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Minimum 1+ year work experience * Previous work in medical billing, customer service, insurance claims, EOB, call center, or fast-paced environment * Previous interaction and communication with patients regarding medical information **Technical/Other Requirements** To work remotely, you will need: * Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second * Ability to connect equipment to a router/modem with an Ethernet cord * Dedicated area to perform duties without interference * Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity **Why Join Blithequark?** As a Customer Service Support Representative at Blithequark, you will enjoy: * Work-from-home opportunity with a structured schedule * Quarterly variable bonus potential * Generous paid time off * Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Options * Flexible Spending Accounts * 401(k) and Employee Stock Purchase plans * No-charge lab testing * Fitness reimbursement program * And many more incentives! **Pay Range** The pay range for this role is $15.25-$16.00 or State/Local minimum wage, if higher. All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. **Application Window** The application window for this role closes on 7/30/2025. We encourage all qualified candidates to apply. **Shift and Schedule** The shift for this position will be Monday-Friday; 11am-8pm (EST), which is 10am-7pm CST and 9am-6pm (MST) and 8am-5 pm (PST).
