Our team is passionate about making a positive impact on our industry and the world at large. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Onboarding Manager, you will be responsible for owning the customer onboarding and migration experience, ensuring that our customers receive a seamless and personalized experience from the moment they sign up with us. Your key responsibilities will include: * Collaborating with internal stakeholders, customers, and third-party vendors to ensure a smooth onboarding process * Developing and managing detailed project plans to ensure that all customer requirements are met * Designing and implementing regional and global projects, utilizing blithequark project documents and following the SID implementation process * Ensuring that project handover and readiness assessments are completed, and any risks, actions, and follow-up items are documented * Creating a positive, happy, and fun environment internally and externally to drive partnership and project success * Managing project performance, ensuring that project status, milestones, changes, risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, and dependencies are clearly communicated * Determining project call structure and managing stakeholder calls * Attending and contributing to team calls, sharing experiences, ideas for process improvements, and supporting others as needed within the team **What We're Looking For** We're looking for a seasoned professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
