As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of customer experience, identifying opportunities to improve engagement, and launching and managing our affiliate program. Key Responsibilities Handle all aspects of customer experience, including content creation, email management, and customer service inquiries to ensure a seamless and personalized experience for our subscribers Design and conduct tests to encourage subscribers to share their Parentfile with family and friends, driving user engagement and retention Launch and manage the Parentfile affiliate program, targeting moms, teenagers, and retired individuals, and develop strategic partnerships with financial advisors, lawyers, and life insurance agents Conduct weekly product research with friends and colleagues to gather feedback and inform product positioning for each demographic, ensuring our platform meets the evolving needs of our users Create written materials and images as needed for customer emails and other communications, showcasing your creativity and attention to detail Work effectively as part of a small team, sharing workload and collaborating to achieve common goals, and demonstrate your ability to work independently in a remote setting Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you must possess a deep understanding of the mindset of a parent and be able to "live the brand."
