Problem Solving: Effectively resolve inquiries and issues while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction and loyalty. CRM Management: Accurately track guest interactions, preferences, and sales opportunities using our CRM tools to inform our service strategy. You will also need to obtain TICO Certification (Travel Industry Council of Ontario) within the first 60 days of employment, with blithequark covering the cost of the first attempt.
