Job Overview: Customer Engineer (Power Platform) As a Customer Engineer (Power Platform) at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in designing and developing tailored Power Apps solutions for our clients. With expertise in Power Apps, particularly Canvas apps, and governance of the platform, you'll collaborate with customers to deliver strategic consulting and advisory services that drive business outcomes. Your technical expertise and customer-centric approach will enable you to provide guidance on Power Platform governance strategies and controls, configure and optimize solutions, and troubleshoot issues in existing Power Apps and related technologies. Key Responsibilities: Focus on governance strategies and best practices for creating Power Apps, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and industry standards. Collaborate with customers to design and develop tailored Power Apps solutions, leveraging your expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and other Power Platform technologies. Provide guidance on Power Platform governance strategies and controls, ensuring that customers are equipped to manage and optimize their Power Apps solutions effectively. Configure and optimize solutions within Power Apps Studio and Power Platform Admin Center, leveraging your advanced skills in navigating and configuring these tools. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing Power Apps and related technologies, applying your problem-solving and analytical skills to deliver timely and effective solutions. Develop and implement governance strategies tailored to organizational needs, ensuring that customers are able to maximize the value of their Power Apps investments. Essential Qualifications: 4-8 years of technical knowledge in Power Platform governance, administration, and development, with a strong focus on Power Apps and related technologies. A bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent experience, with a proven track record of delivering technical solutions that drive business outcomes. Advanced skills in navigating and configuring the Power Platform Admin Center and Center of Excellence starter kit, with the ability to apply this expertise in real-world scenarios. Strong knowledge of Power Automate, Dataverse, and other Power Platform technologies, with the ability to leverage these tools to deliver integrated and effective solutions. Intermediate to expert level experience in Power Platform solutions, with a proven ability to design, develop, and deploy Power Apps solutions that meet customer needs. Proven ability to work independently, with strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills that enable you to collaborate effectively with customers and stakeholders. Comfort in presenting complex information to clients and influencing decisions effectively, with a strong ability to communicate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with customers to design and develop tailored Power Apps solutions, with a proven track record of delivering solutions that drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction. Strong understanding of governance strategies and best practices for creating Power Apps, with the ability to apply this expertise in real-world scenarios. Compensation and Benefits The on-target earnings range for this role is $80,646- $120,969, which includes a base salary and incentives that align with individual and company performance.
