Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or equivalent, with a proven track record of customer service experience in a call center environment. Entry-level network troubleshooting skills, including the ability to set up home Wi-Fi networks, configure routers or switches, and demonstrate core proficiency with laptop or desktop computers. A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction. Excellent communication, listening, and analytical skills, with the ability to type at least 25 words per minute and work comfortably with desktop computer systems and Windows-based systems. Customer service and/or sales experience is preferred, with a strong emphasis on process excellence, collaboration, and solution-oriented problem-solving.
