Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical principles and concepts. 5+ years of relevant work experience (Network/Security/Pre Sales Engineering) - must, with a proven track record of success in a customer-facing technical role, and a deep understanding of the industry and its trends. Strong technical background with Proven experience as Customer Engineer or in a pre-sales / technical sales role, in the information security industry, and a demonstrated ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that meet their expectations. Demonstrated ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities, with a strong sense of accountability and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
