You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and you'll play a critical role in ensuring that their travel experiences are seamless and enjoyable. Your responsibilities will include: * Answering incoming calls from customers * Reviewing customer history as necessary to provide personalized service * Following policy and procedure guidelines to ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively * Helping customers change travel plans, confirm or obtain their itinerary, request refunds, or report travel issues * Processing refunds and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner * Placing outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary to resolve customer issues * Documenting information and outcomes as necessary to ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively **The Ideal Candidate** We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service. If you have: * Prior customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry * Strong geographical knowledge and the ability to navigate multiple applications seamlessly * Excellent customer service skills, including strong listening and communication skills * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box * A self-directed and proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment * Strong typing skills and the ability to work efficiently in a computer-based environment * A high level of proficiency in using the internet and navigating multiple applications simultaneously Then we want to hear from you!
