Job Overview The primary function of this role is to answer incoming calls from providers, members, and health plans, addressing a wide range of topics from benefit information to problem resolution. As a Clinical Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, utilizing proprietary systems and resources to resolve issues efficiently.
