Job Overview In this dynamic role, you'll be the face of blithequark, supporting customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll handle orders, resolve issues, and answer product and service questions, using multiple systems to deliver first-contact resolutions. As a Customer Care Outfitter, you'll be empowered to think beyond standard processes, providing proactive, empathetic support in complex situations. Your goal will be to convert service interactions into sales by recommending products, suggesting alternatives, and promoting gift card use, ultimately driving business growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries across all channels, resolving issues related to orders, returns, billing, shipping, and product concerns in a timely and professional manner. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Care Outfitter at blithequark, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal growth. Prior customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, where you've developed strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet navigation, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies quickly. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to type and operate multi-channel systems (phone, email, chat), and provide clear, concise, and empathetic support to customers. The ability to read documents, reports, computer screens, and other written communication, with strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a virtual or remote environment, with the ability to self-motivate and work independently.
