Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to blithequark customers, answering their questions and concerns regarding our products and tax return software. Your expertise will be focused on addressing queries related to downloading, logging in, basic navigation, importing documents, printing, and filing, as well as providing guidance on basic tax questions. Our comprehensive training program and continuous support will ensure you have the knowledge and confidence to excel in this position. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their questions and concerns Utilize your knowledge of blithequark products and tax return software to address customer queries and provide guidance on basic tax questions Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to ensure seamless support and resolve complex customer issues Build strong relationships with customers, empathizing with their needs and providing personalized support to ensure a positive experience Continuously update your knowledge and skills to stay current with blithequark products, services, and industry developments What We Offer At blithequark, we recognize the importance of rewarding our team members for their hard work and dedication. As a Customer Service Representative – blithequark Product Expert, you can expect: Competitive hourly rate of $18.50 A one-time bonus of $405 for completing our comprehensive certification program, which takes place over two days Flexible scheduling with the ability to build your own schedule, choosing from a range of hours between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday A minimum of 20 hours per week, with the option to work more hours as desired Ongoing support and training to ensure your success in the role Required Experience and Skills: To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically A passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service The ability to understand and empathize with customer needs, driving innovation and providing top-notch support Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications A strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a remote environment Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
