About the Role We're looking for an experienced Communications Manager to lead our social media and customer advocacy strategy and execution. As a seasoned marketing professional, you'll be responsible for owning and executing a comprehensive social media strategy across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. Your goal will be to create engaging content that positions blithequark as an industry leader, showcases our expertise, and makes us a must-follow account for professionals and executives in the fraud prevention and digital risk space. Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business objectives and resonates with our target audience. Create engaging content, monitor social conversations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to amplify product launches and company milestones. Customer Advocacy Program Ownership: Own and manage our customer advocacy program, identifying, recruiting, and nurturing customer advocates who are willing to share their success stories. Coordinate customer participation in speaking opportunities, webinars, conferences, case studies, and industry events, and facilitate customer involvement in press releases, awards submissions, and media opportunities. PR Agency Management & Support: Serve as the day-to-day liaison with external PR agencies, ensuring alignment with broader marketing objectives. Support PR campaign development and execution, including media outreach and thought leadership initiatives, and coordinate executive positioning and speaking opportunities. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong background in marketing, communications, or a related field, with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in external communications, social media management, and customer advocacy programs. You should have a proven track record of building social media presence and engagement for B2B technology companies, preferably in fintech, security, or AI/ML industries.
