As a Bilingual Technical Customer Service Associate, you will play a vital role in advising end-users on best practices, identifying and resolving client issues, and building strong relationships with all users of our applications. Key Responsibilities Advise end-users on best practices when using blithequark's applications, ensuring they get the most out of our industry-leading cloud solutions Identify and resolve client issues associated with blithequark's applications, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction Build strong and professional relationships with all users of blithequark's applications, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration Provide recommendations and feedback on client service improvements and product development, helping us to continuously improve and innovate Maintain the highest standards of customer service, quality, and professionalism with customers and coworkers, upholding blithequark's values and reputation Maintain accurate records of all email/telephone/chat correspondence related to the role, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: 1+ year of relevant experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences Effective communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Professional telephone manners and excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English Demonstrated competence in standard computer packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly learn new software applications Ability to quickly understand client requirements and needs, articulate potential solutions, and provide timely and effective support Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working in a technical customer service role, with a strong understanding of cloud-based software applications Knowledge of the life sciences industry and its unique challenges and opportunities Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a unique combination of skills and competencies, including: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and coworkers Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results A strong passion for learning and continuous improvement, with a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies Career Growth Opportunities At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
