As a key member of our frontline team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and delivering a first-class customer experience that sets the tone for our showroom. Here are some of the benefits you can expect: Pay range $55,000 - $100,000 Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid vacation and holidays Career advancement opportunities Responsibilities – BDC Representative As a BDC Sales Representative at blithequark, your responsibilities will include: Respond to phone and internet inquiries promptly and professionally Schedule appointments that lead to showroom visits and sales opportunities Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth hand-offs and follow-through Track communications and updates using CRM tools Meet and exceed daily/weekly call and appointment goals Qualifications – BDC Representative To be successful in this role, you'll need: Prior experience in BDC, call center, or customer-facing roles Excellent phone etiquette and written communication skills Reliable, organized, and goal-oriented Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Automotive industry knowledge is a bonus, but not required Please note that you must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident. You must also pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
