As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being part of a dynamic and collaborative team. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Annuities Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing elite customer service experiences to our clients, while also ensuring the accurate and timely execution of new business applications. You will work closely with agents, internal wholesalers, and other departments to resolve pending cases and drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's experience.
