When this is realized, it empowers people from different backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences to come together to share ideas, challenge the status quo, and drive innovation. **What You Will Do** As a Customer Support Specialist – Technical, you will be responsible for: * Validating the identity of candidates to ensure the integrity of our exams * Effectively managing multiple simultaneous certification exams, ensuring timely start and completion of each individual exam session * Monitoring candidates with vigilance and intervening in the event of protocol variances * Escalating to manager as appropriate to ensure seamless support * Coordinating with the Exam Support team to facilitate technical assistance to exam participants * Identifying and assessing queries so that the response is consistent with the Certification team's guidance * Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools * Keeping records of interactions and following communication of procedures, guidelines, and policies **What You Will Bring** To succeed in this role, you will need to bring: * 3+ years of customer-facing experience with global customer exposure in a support role * Ability to work in shifts outside normal business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with additional language skills a plus * Fast typing skills with high accuracy, ideally 60+ words per minute * Advanced technical skills with browsers and network troubleshooting * Detail-oriented with respect for academic integrity * Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our associates' growth and development.
