About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our brand, communicating with customers via telephone and assisting with hotel, rental car, and flight reservations. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our clients have a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. You will be responsible for handling a variety of customer inquiries, including changing travel plans, confirming or obtaining itineraries, requesting refunds, and reporting travel issues. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls from customers and provide personalized support and solutions Review customer history as necessary to ensure accurate and informed assistance Follow policy and procedure guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions Help customers change travel plans, provide or confirm travel itineraries, and process refunds as needed Place outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) to resolve customer issues or confirm travel arrangements Document information and outcomes as necessary to maintain accurate records and improve customer service processes What We're Looking for in a Candidate To be successful in this role, you should have prior customer service experience and possess strong geographical knowledge. Experience working in the travel industry or personal experience using travel products is highly preferred. Our ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
