Our extensive parts network ensures worldwide availability of parts, ensuring the high performance and productivity of our products. **Job Description/Preferred Qualifications** As a Customer Support Engineer at blithequark, you will be responsible for: * Installation and start-up of new equipment or upgrades at customer sites * Servicing of existing equipment and troubleshooting * Following and working according to documented 'Best Known' methods * Collaborating closely with the technical support team at Head Quarter to resolve issues * Documentation of the work performed * Taking ownership of and leading projects at the customer sites * Loyal appearance of the company towards the customer You will be based in the Reutlingen area, Germany, with occasional travel by company car within Germany and minor travel across Europe.
