The Importance of Our Agents Our Customer Service Agents are the face of our company, and their role is critical to our success. As an Agent, you will be responsible for generating leads for our clients' sales departments, delivering exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with our customers. About the Work In this varied and versatile role, you will be responsible for answering customer questions, resolving issues, and providing support via multiple communication channels. You will work closely with our team leaders to deliver results in lead generation and customer service, and you will have the opportunity to work with a range of clients and customers. After completing our extensive training program, you will have a deep understanding of our clients' products and services and will be able to provide expert support to our customers. Your Duties and Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to our French-speaking customers, resolving issues, answering questions, and listening to their feedback. Work closely with our team leaders to deliver results in lead generation and customer service. Serve a range of clients, from small to large companies, based on complexity and service level. Qualify leads and deliver excellent customer service through different means of communication. Day-to-Day Activities Communicate with a range of customers, answering questions and generating leads. Email leads and escalations to clients and process refunds and returns in their ecommerce systems. Your Knowledge and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications: Excellent spelling and grammar in French, with a minimum proficiency level of C1. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. A customer-centric approach, with empathy and understanding of our customers' needs and concerns. Great listening skills, with the ability to turn customer feedback into product improvement suggestions. Adaptability, with a willingness to learn new things and work in a fast-paced environment. Eagerness to develop your skills and advance your career, with a receptive attitude to constructive feedback. Typing speed of at least 300 keystrokes per minute, with a precision of at least 95%. Ability to multitask, with the capacity to conduct multiple chats simultaneously. Proven track record of excellent attendance and punctuality. Able to thrive in high-pressure situations and work towards a monthly goal. Strong demonstrable experience with the internet and multiple software applications in the cloud. Confidentiality when handling sensitive information, with a willingness to sign a non-disclosure agreement. Ability to work independently and motivate yourself, with access to a home workspace with a fast internet connection. Flexibility regarding working hours, with availability to work for at least a year. College-level thinking, with a strong foundation in problem-solving and critical thinking.
