Key Responsibilities Receive inbound phone calls to resolve routine and new issues with patients, doctors, and insurers, utilizing your excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities. Provide patient care to accurately support pharma programs and triage to appropriate teams when required, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible support and care. Strive to meet and exceed structured performance targets, demonstrating your commitment to delivering exceptional results and continuously improving our customer support services. Document all call information and data discovery according to operating procedures, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions. Utilize Knowledge Base materials as a foundation for resolving inquiries, staying up-to-date with the latest information and resources to provide informed and effective support. Maintain confidentiality of patient and proprietary information, adhering to our strict confidentiality and data protection policies. Develop a working knowledge of company-related security and privacy practices, ensuring that you are aware of and comply with all relevant regulations and guidelines. Participate in continued education on product changes, new features, and product launches, staying ahead of the curve and expanding your knowledge and skills to provide the best possible support to our customers. Help improve the patient experience by sharing feedback with management to further develop the product, materials, and processes, contributing to our ongoing efforts to enhance and refine our customer support services. Essential Qualifications Bilingual Korean required, with a strong command of the English language, enabling you to communicate effectively with our diverse customer base. High school diploma or GED required, with a Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal development. Customer service or inbound call center experience required, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and care to customers. Healthcare, pharmacy, or other relevant industry experience strongly preferred, providing you with a deeper understanding of the healthcare landscape and the challenges faced by our customers. Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and a strong operational focus, allowing you to navigate complex systems and processes with ease.
