About the Role The Senior Customer Success Manager, also known as a Forward Deployed Strategist at blithequark, plays a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for maintaining a portfolio of strategic accounts, including some of the world’s leading corporate strategy and innovation groups. As a Forward Deployed Strategist, you will be embedded within the customer’s strategy, helping them leverage our data and AI solutions to automate processes, unlock insights, and drive better decision-making. Key Responsibilities The Senior Customer Success Manager will be responsible for: Actively serving a portfolio of assigned strategic accounts to ensure customers achieve their positive business outcomes via blithequark’s software and services. Driving customer software engagement and development of power users across customer organizations on a personalized level and at scale. Own and maintaining deep relationships with economic buyers and senior-level contacts within the portfolio of accounts. Designing and managing account plans for assigned accounts. Collaborating with blithequark’s business development team to expand customer relationships outside of the active team(s), leveraging blithequark’s solutions. Own the commercial requirements for renewals and growth for the assigned portfolio of accounts. Maintaining communication and governance protocols across customer and blithequark teams. Effectively solving ad-hoc customer issues as needed. Bringing to bear predictive renewal analytics to identify customer expansion opportunities and churn risks. Collaborating with Marketing to demonstrate customer communication campaigns. Providing continuous customer feedback to blithequark’s Product team. Staying current and educating customers on blithequark’s products, competitive landscape, and innovation trends. Embracing and contributing to Customer Success team standard methodologies. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A B.S. or B.A. in business management, finance, economics, or a similar field. Validated results in a prior role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction. At least 5 years of prior account management and/or customer success experience, preferably within enterprise software or SaaS. Expertise with Excel and CRMs, preferably Salesforce. Proficiency communicating data via Excel, Salesforce, and other business intelligence tools.
