You will work closely with key stakeholders to identify business needs and develop research plans that meet those needs. Your expertise in data analysis, research design, and communication will enable you to turn complex data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and communicate consumer insights that drive business strategies and improve customer experiences * Own the development of learning plans to meet the needs of key business stakeholders on blithequark's strategic initiatives * Lead reporting and analysis of insights projects, with support from manager * Identify the right research approach (including methodology and analysis plan) to answer the needs of the business, leveraging internal tools and external partners (research consultancies) to drive best-in-class research practices * Create in-depth analysis, customer models, and summarize key insights from analytics * Present recommendations, findings, and input for solving key challenges to leadership * Proactively integrate multiple data sources/projects together into more strategic insights to inform business decisions and highlight business opportunities * Exhibit strong communication skills, with an ability to tell stories grounded in data with a bias towards impact and action * Act as primary day-to-day lead with suppliers to manage research projects and continually identify best-in-class and innovative research techniques **Minimum Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, Applied Quantitative, or related field * 3-5 years of experience in market research field * 3-5 years of Customer Insights experience **Preferred Skills/Education** * Master's Degree in a related field (e.g., Master's in Marketing Research) * Experience working in a retail environment **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tell stories grounded in data * Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage research projects * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines * Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) * Experience with research design and methodology, including survey design and data collection **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
