[Remote] Marketing Manager (Remote - East Coast Hours)

The Mom Project is a consumer financial services company headquartered in Connecticut, and they are seeking a Marketing Manager to support their ongoing business needs on a contract basis. This role plays a critical part in quality control and process execution, allowing marketing teams to focus on strategic planning and analysis. Responsibilities • Support campaign execution with a focus on project management and validation. • Track creative and legal feedback in campaign management systems. • Proofread creative elements. • Validate audience selection and test setups. • Conduct live email testing, including link verification and Litmus proof checks. • Compile and summarize campaign metrics and results, highlighting key trends for marketing teams. • Support statement marketing and content: • Proof statement matrices for version accuracy. • Review creative elements for consistency and accuracy. • Assist with in-store materials management: • Participate in card inventory calls. • Track inventory across program elements. • Coordinate weekly status agendas and internal communications to operations. • Provide general proofing support and assist with additional projects as needed. Skills • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline, or high school diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience. • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within credit or retail industries. • Familiarity with paid media and pixel tracking. • Experience with campaign management tools (Cosmos/Workfront preferred). • Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills. • Effective communication and collaboration skills. • Comfort with compiling and presenting campaign metrics. • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
